Rotary Club of East Nassau’s Board Meeting 🗓 October 28th, 2026 📍 Secretary Mark's Home ⏰ 6:00 PM Fellowship \| 6:30 – 9:30 PM Meeting The meeting venue for board meetings is normally a Board member's home, or the Nassau Yacht Club. The meeting time is normally from 6:30pm to 9:30pm, with attendees encouraged to arrive by 6:00pm for fellowship. Club members (including RAD and Rotaract) are always encouraged to attend Board meetings periodically. This is an opportunity to see the Board in action, learn what happens behind the scenes, and participate/give feedback. When hosted at a Board member's home, there will be limited space for 3 additional club members to attend. These 3 spots go to the first members registered. Refreshments are provided, therefore kindly inform the Club Secretary of any diet restrictions once you have registered. The Club Secretary will provide directions after successful registration. When hosted at the Nassau Yacht Club, there is unlimited space for additional club members to attend. Light beverages are provided. NYC dinner menu is available to attendees at individual cost. Registration for the Board meeting is required by October 28th, 2026. This is a strict deadline to allow the Board sufficient time to make preparations for attendees. PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER IF YOU ARE UNSURE OF ATTENDANCE. If you are receiving this as a board member, please decline the invitation if you are unable to attend. 2026-11-14 08:30:00Z	Nov 14, 2026		Ardastra Gardens Restoration Project			Nov 14, 2026 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM		Chippingham Rd, Nassau	Dear Rotarians, Join the Rotary Club of East Nassau and Rotaract Club of East Nassau for our Ardastra Gardens Restoration Project on Saturday, November 14, 2026, at the Ardastra Gardens & Wildlife Conservation Centre. Together, we’ll be giving back through hands-on environmental service and helping to beautify and restore areas of the Gardens. Volunteer Shifts: 🕣 8:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. 🕦 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. 🕞 3:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Project Activities: 🎨 Paint and restore benches in the Flamingo Show Area 🌺 Replace bromeliads with Periwinkle and Desert Rose plants 🌿 Clean and remove debris near the Capybara shelter If available, please bring: Paint brushes Gardening gloves Hand trowel or small shovel Garden fork Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for painting and landscaping, along with closed-toe shoes. 💧 Water and drinks will be provided. We encourage members to select a volunteer shift that works best and come out for a rewarding day of fellowship, service, and environmental stewardship.
