What is Rotaract?

Rotaract is a community service-based club for anyone between the ages of 18 and 30.
Rotaract is a community service, social and self development club.

Rotaract Clubs are sponsored by local Rotary Clubs and are part of Rotary International, but are responsible for developing their own program. Rotaract is a worldwide organisation with interaction between local, national and overseas clubs creating an opportunity for meeting new friends everywhere.

Each Rotaract Club is chartered with the aim to develop responsible citizens who will perform to high standards in their working life and their community involvements. Members are prepared to help others in the local and wider community at the same time gaining skills and understanding through their efforts.

Rotaract clubs bring together people ages 18-30 to exchange ideas with leaders in the community, develop leadership and professional skills, and have fun through service.

In communities worldwide, Rotary and Rotaract members work side by side to take action through service. From big cities to rural villages, Rotaract is changing communities like yours.

What’s involved?

Rotaract members decide how to organize and run their clubs, manage their own funds, and plan and carry out activities and service projects. Rotary club sponsors offer guidance and support and work with your club as partners in service.
