 ing   The meeting venue for board meetings is normally a Board member's h
 ome\, or the Nassau Yacht Club.  The meeting time is normally from 6:30pm
  to 9:30pm\, with attendees encouraged to arrive by 6:00pm for fellowship.
     Club members (including RAD and Rotaract) are always encouraged to a
 ttend Board meetings periodically.  This is an opportunity to see the Boa
 rd in action\, learn what happens behind the scenes\, and participate/give
  feedback.   When hosted at a Board member's home\, there will be limite
 d space for 3 additional club members to attend.  These 3 spots go to th
 e first members registered.  Refreshments are provided\, therefore kindl
 y inform the Club Secretary of any diet restrictions once you have registe
 red. The Club Secretary will provide directions after successful registrat
 ion.  ​ When hosted at the Nassau Yacht Club\, there is unlimited spac
 e for additional club members to attend.  Light beverages are provided. N
 YC dinner menu is available to attendees at individual cost.   Registrati
 on for the Board meeting is required by May 18th\, 2026.  This is a stri
 ct deadline to allow the Board sufficient time to make preparations for at
 tendees.   PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER IF YOU ARE UNSURE OF ATTENDANCE. If yo
